I’m a Bangalore based Counselling Psychologist, I’ve completed my Masters in Counselling Psychologist from Montfort Institute of Advanced Studies.
My educational background includes a BA in Psychology, Sociology and Economics from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, my experience comes from working with people living with a wide range of concerns and helping them towards acceptance and recovery.
I wish to help people create healthier relationships with themselves and others by holding an empathic space for self-exploration. My belief is that self-compassion and consistency are essential to bring change. I bring a variety of experiences and identities that I live with into the therapy room.
When not working, I spend my time by going out and exploring different places with my friends, I also have two dogs, I love spending time with them, they help me stay grounded.
As your counselling psychologist, my role is to create a therapeutic environment where you can feel safe and heard. I work with various populations, using an Eclectic Model, with focus on Postmodern Therapies as well as Existentialism. I feel I have a warm and welcoming therapeutic approach which builds a strong connection and trusting relationship. Together, we will work as a team towards achieving your therapeutic goals.
